#recruitment Key Responsibilities: 🔹Monitor the implementation of the approved Project Quality Plan (PQP) and oversee material approvals, IFC drawings, method statements, field changes, COPQ, and calibration logs.   🔹Implement the Inspection Test Plan and related checklists.   🔹Maintain submittal logs, including Internal and External Inspection Requests, Non-Conformance Reports, and Material Test Reports.   🔹Coordinate with the project team to ensure compliance with the Inspection and Testing Plan.   🔹Conduct site surveillance to ensure work aligns with approved drawings and materials, reporting any non-conformities.   🔹Monitor site work instructions and attend pre-construction meetings.   🔹Manage Quality Toolbox Talks and Induction sessions per the monitoring plan. Required Qualifications: 🔹B.S. degree in Mechanical /or Electrical Engineering 🔹No less than 6 years of experience in the same or similar fields. 🔹Certified ISO 9001 auditor or equivalent. 🔹Knowledge ISO 45001 & 14001. 🔹Thorough understanding of quality system standards and methodologies 🔹Good interpersonal and communication skills 🔹Good communication skills (written and verbal) Desired Skills: 🔹Leads knowledge-sharing initiatives with the project team and promotes collaboration among colleagues.   🔹Builds and maintains a professional network.   🔹Selects collaboration topics to enhance relationships with internal and external partners.   🔹Ensures positive communication within the team and manages relationships with external partners to minimize conflicts.   🔹Proposes innovative ideas and searches for best practices to enhance business effectiveness.   🔹Understands the core business of Colas Rail-Egypt and is familiar with relevant policies and procedures.   🔹Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.   🔹Demonstrates innovation, ethical integrity, and self-motivation.   🔹Works well in teams and communicates effectively.   🔹Multitasks efficiently with minimal supervision and fosters a culture of continuous learning.   🔹Ensures safety and promotes the well-being of colleagues.
