"A ver, que yo ya tengo cuarenta y tantos años" Recuerdo perfectamente el día en el que alguien, en algún equipo de trabajo, le dijo esto a mi yo becario de 23. Como diciendo... "Un respeto a los galones que nos da la edad" Como si la edad, las canas o las arrugas en la piel fueran, per se, argumentos profesionales 🤷🏻 Curiosamente, no mucho tiempo después, empecé a oír esa misma frase con significado y contexto completamente distintos: "A ver, que yo ya tengo cuarenta y tantos años" Como diciendo... "Que no me queda nada para la [pre-]jubilación" Como si ésta dependiera, únicamente, de la edad 🤷🏻 Hoy cumplo 42 años (🥳)... 🤷🏻 ...Y me siento más becario que nunca: ⚡ Con ganas de seguir aprendiendo, explorando, probando, equivocándome. ⚡ Hambriento de crecer aportando, generando riqueza e impacto del bueno. ⚡ Abierto a abrazar lo que el camino disponga y todas sus incertidumbres desde la inocente y preciosa inconsciencia inconsciente que nos llama constantemente a recorrer nuestro viaje del héroe particular. 🤷🏻 ...Pero también me siento más lejos de la [pre-]jubilación que nunca: ⚡ En forma mental, física y espiritual. ⚡ Con un negocio sano, balanceado y sostenible que me permite disfrutar de mi vida y la potencia, me estimula creativamente y me reta a conocer gente interesantísima. ⚡ Con la madurez y la seguridad de conocer mis valores y saber que las personas que los comparten son faro en el camino, por muy desconocido o retador que éste sea. Nada de lo anterior es cuestión de edad. Sino de actitud. Y hoy me voy a coger el día libre para compartir día y actitud con personas importantes: irme al spa con mi pareja, dar una vuelta por Madrid y ver a un montón de personas que son faro de mi camino, en un eventazo que parece que me han montado por mi cumple 🥳 Esas personas son parte del⚡Movimiento Actitud Emprendedora, una comunidad de mentes inquietas [de entre 22 y 78 años 😉] que creemos en la actitud emprendedora como motor de cambio en el trabajo, en la sociedad y en la vida de las personas hacia un balance sostenible. No es cuestión de edad. Sino de actitud. Así que gracias por compartir camino! Y seguimos 🥳
