Driving the future of Offshore Wind in Brazil 🌬️   We’re thrilled to celebrate a historic milestone: #Brazil has approved its first-ever #OffshoreWind Regulatory Framework!   This landmark development represents a turning point for clean energy, combining economic growth with environmental stewardship, positioning Brazil as a global renewable energy leader. 🌍    At OW Ocean Winds, we’re proud to have contributed to this significant step, bringing our global expertise from 16 offshore wind projects and 18.5 GW of capacity worldwide, and with an ongoing collaboration with national stakeholders, as the country finalises sub-regulations and initiates seabed concessions in 2025.   #ProudtobeOW #RenwableEnergy #pOWeringtoday

OW Ocean Winds’ 2024 Global Meeting recap: Sharing the highlights of this great internal event!✨ What days!🙌 This year, we had the amazing opportunity to reunite the entire OW team in Madrid, where our HQ is based — and what a great and constructive experience it was! 🚀 This global meeting provided us with an invaluable opportunity to get together and share expertise and experience about our operational projects, our current 4 projects under construction and the 15 GW under development; an opportunity to align our vision and exchange insights on the current context of our sector, and most importantly, to celebrate all our collective achievements made in just these four years of our history. 🌬️ It was a wonderful occasion to connect with international colleagues, fostering an environment of closeness and collaboration, and it reminded us that no matter where we are based, we are #ONETEAM: a talented, diverse, international, multidisciplinary team.💪 As we look forward to the end of 2024 and a 2025 full of milestones and progress, we all left this meeting motivated and committed to keep pOWering today, empOWering tomorrow!⚡ Thanks to all who got up on that stage to share their experience with us! Driving OW success forward with operational excellence! 🌬️   After four years of operational experience, OW Ocean Winds has extended its Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract with Principle Power for our #WindFloatAtlantic project. The renewed contract focuses on continuing to deliver maintenance services to WindFloat Atlantic, the world’s first semi-submersible floating offshore wind farm, further contributing to the project’s operational success. 🌊 Together with our team, Principle Power will continue to provide O&M services to the project, including regular Inspections, Maintenance and Repair (IMR) activities when needed on our floaters, ensuring maximum uptime and availability of our three renowned turbines!⚡ WindFloat Atlantic continues to exceed its initial power expectations!
