🌍 On this International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, let's stand together and say that no one should face violence alone. With 1 in 3 women worldwide experiencing violence (UN Women), this issue affects us all. For many, the workplace can be a vital refuge.     Creating a supportive workplace is essential.      Through our global #WeCare program, launched in October 2023, we provide support to employees at different life stages and during moments that matter. For any employee impacted, we provide access to psychological support, specialist support services, flexible working arrangements and five days of fully paid leave.    We create a workplace where everyone can feel safe, respected, and valued 💗.    Trusted persons have been trained globally to recognize, respond and refer victim-survivors to support services, and efforts are underway to expand this training to all employees.     Creating safe workplaces isn't just the right thing to do - it's a shared responsibility.
