Our annual results have been released. In a context of simultaneous decline in the original equipment markets across all sectors, intensified competition in mass markets and economic constraints in specialty activities, the Group's sales amount to €27.2 Bn with volumes down by 5.1%. Our segment operating income is set at €3.4 Bn, with a stable margin of 12.6% at constant exchange rates, favored by the improvement of the mix and of the operational performance. Despite the particularly unstable economic and geopolitical context, our results on the People and Planet pillars are moving forward, in line with our All Sustainable approach. Last year saw indeed a record rate of the engagement of our teams. We are also accelerating our sustainability roadmap, with even more ambitious targets in decarbonation, while continuing to integrate more and more renewable or recycled materials into our tires. In 2025, relying on the power of our innovation, the engagement of our teams and the strength of our brand, we will pursue our ambition of building a world-leading manufacturer of life-changing composites and experiences.

✨🌊 Another step towards maritime decarbonization: our WISAMO solution is about to set sail! ✨🌊 Our wingsail has been chosen by SOCARENAM shipyard to equip the new generation patrol boat of the French Directorate of Maritime Affairs, Fisheries, and Aquaculture. This is an important milestone for Michelin as it demonstrates the validity of WISAMO technology in wind-assisted ship propulsion following years of research and development. A technological feat that highlights our expertise in composite materials, enabling ships to reduce their fuel consumption and hence their environmental impact. This contract marks a crucial stage in the technological validation of our solution, paving the way for its deployment on larger sails. Michelin and Porsche AG are renewing their shared commitment to sustainable development and social impact within the natural rubber industry! The Cascade project, a pioneering initiative supporting smallholder rubber farmers, will now expand to reach 6,500 farmers in Indonesia over the next three years. This continued partnership aims to enhance the livelihoods of smallholder farmers by promoting #sustainable agricultural, #environmental and #social practices.   By working closely with local communities, the first phase of the project has already made significant strides in enhancing the resilience of over 1,000 rubber smallholders in the province of Jambi in Sumatra, Indonesia.   Today, the project aims to increase its impact through sustainable farming methods and income diversification through intercropping.

And once again, our tires were up to the challenge, with a single motto: performance made to last.   In the bitter cold, in the arid desert, in the pouring rain or in the middle of the night at Le Mans, our teams have overcome every obstacle, and have contributed to the great moments of this past motorsport season.   We race to test, to learn, to find answers, to discover innovative ways, to make the impossible possible, to improve the way we all move.   Motorsport enables us to acquire the kind of specific knowledge that only competition can bring, working with demanding vehicle manufacturers and partners who share the same challenges in the interest of sustainable, increasingly decarbonized mobility.
