[🚢 Conteneurs d'Espoir] Déjà 1 000 tonnes de denrées alimentaires acheminées avec les Banques Alimentaires vers les Outre-Mer et des milliers de familles bénéficiaires 🌍 Un grand pas en avant pour la solidarité ! Grâce à notre partenariat avec les Banques Alimentaires, la Fondation CMA CGM a transporté 1 000 tonnes de produits alimentaires à titre gracieux vers les territoires d’Outre-Mer. Depuis 2022, ce soutien a permis de distribuer de la nourriture à des milliers de familles faisant face à la précarité alimentaire, en Martinique, en Guadeloupe et à La Réunion. En réponse au cyclone à Mayotte, notre soutien aux Banques Alimentaires a permis l'acheminement de 250 tonnes de denrées alimentaires et produits de première nécessité. Baking a brighter future at Gol de Letra’s new center in São Paulo ✨    Today, Raí, the former footballer and co-founder of Fundação Gol de Letra, welcomed Neusa Ferreira Marcelino, General Manager of CMA CGM Brazil and Ramon Fernandez, Executive VP at the CMA CGM Group, to visite and discover the site of the new Gol de Letra center, where construction is advancing quickly. With the support of the CMA CGM Foundation, this center will soon open its doors to Gol de Letra’s Youth Program, serving around 300 young people per year, and an innovative Bakery, Pastry, and Confectionery School, empowering up to 20 young people in the inaugural class, starting in March. In 2025, the CMA CGM Foundation, with the support of CEVA Logistics, will also launch a logistics training program. Over the next 3 years, 60 young beneficiaries will have the opportunity to obtain their driving licenses and receive theoretical and practical training in logistics.   At CMA CGM, our commitment in Brazil and worldwide is shaped by a sense of responsibility beyond our core business. #ContainersofHope 🌏🚢 marking the first year of our impactful partnership with the French NGO Première Urgence Internationale 🎂 Together, we’ve made a real difference in regions facing critical challenges. Here’s what we’ve achieved together: 🚢 10 containers delivered with essential medical and nutritional supplies 💊 18 tonnes of medicines and medical supplies sent to East Africa, benefiting over 103,500 people 🍲 17 tonnes of nutritional products distributed to children and communities in Sudan, Myanmar, and the DRC, supporting malnutrition treatment On this first anniversary, we celebrate the power of collaborative action in transforming lives—and this is just the beginning! A container transformed into a mobile learning unit is now reaching 1,600 students across Lebanon 📚 In collaboration with Lebanese Alternative Learning, the Fondation CMA CGM proudly converted a 20-foot container into a fully equipped classroom, brought to life with the support of Design For Communities D4C. To date, over 1,600 students in Beirut, Tripoli, and Akkar have studied in this innovative space. In regions where education is a challenge, we are helping to pave the way for brighter futures. Empowering 1,500 children per year through education in Mumbai 🇮🇳 ✨ Yesterday, the CMA CGM Foundation and CRY - Child Rights and You inaugurated three new educational centres. These centres will provide tailored academic programs, extracurricular activities, and a safe environment to foster life skills and self-confidence. In total, the five centres built through this partnership will welcome an estimated 1,500 underprivileged children per year. With this expansion, the CMA CGM Foundation now supports over 2,150 children annually through 9 educational centres in Mumbai, developed jointly with CRY - Child Rights and You (5 centres) and Salaam Baalak Trust Mumbai (4 centres). Précarité alimentaire à Mayotte : la Fondation CMA CGM et Andès les épiceries solidaires en action 🧺  Face à l’augmentation de la précarité alimentaire, Andès les épiceries solidaires joue un rôle essentiel en Outre-Mer. En plus de fournir une alimentation de qualité, le réseau favorise le lien social des populations. À Mayotte, leur engagement quotidien depuis le passage du cyclone est exemplaire, apportant un soutien précieux aux familles touchées. 🤝     Pour soutenir leurs actions en Outre-Mer comme en métropole, la Fondation CMA CGM renouvelle son partenariat avec ANDES.  A travers cette collaboration :  🧺 150 000 repas supplémentaires seront distribués en Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyane, à La Réunion et Mayotte.  🚢 8 conteneurs de denrées alimentaires transportés à titre gracieux, en mobilisant l'expertise logistique du Groupe CMA CGM.  🥫Soutien aux 4 épiceries ANDES du Havre afin de renforcer leur approvisionnement.      Tous unis contre la précarité alimentaire. 🤝     #Solidarité #Engagement #AideAlimentaire

Cuisine de Mariam: expanded from a standard kitchen to a mobile one supporting communities across Lebanon The fully equipped mobile kitchen of Cuisine de Mariam is now ready to expand its reach, providing an additional 1,000 hot meals per day to those in need across the country. We are bringing the kitchen to the most vulnerable communities 🚚 Since the inauguration of the social kitchen in Karantina, supported by the Fondation CMA CGM, more than 150,000 hot meals have been distributed so far. La Fondation CMA CGM soutient les Plateformes d’Intervention Régionale (PIR) de la Croix-Rouge française : un engagement déterminant pour la réponse d’urgence à Mayotte 🌍 🔎 Focus sur la PIROI - Croix-Rouge française de La Réunion, Plateforme d'Intervention Régionale dans l'Océan Indien :  Inaugurée en novembre 2024, elle permet le stockage de biens de première nécessité et de matériel humanitaire au plus proche des crises humanitaires potentielles, prêts à être déployés rapidement.  L’objectif ? Assurer une intervention efficace pour protéger les populations en cas de catastrophe. Ces dernières semaines, elle a joué un rôle clé après le passage du cyclone Chido à Mayotte, en permettant d’y acheminer rapidement l’aide nécessaire.
