Postal Blowfish (New Version) Lyrics

[Verse 1]
Noticing the change
We are taking time
Everybody knows
Everybody's fine
And we'll figure out
Our purpose in the end
Unless we have to jump
Unless we have to swim

[Chorus]
Hold your tongue
Brace yourself
Give me a kiss
Show me what I missed

[Verse 2]
Where can I get a phone?
Where can I drop a dime?
Where can I get a loan?
I'm running out of time
And we'll figure out
Just what it's all about
Unless they move us in
Unless they move us out
[Chorus]
Hold your tongue
Brace yourself
Give me a kiss
Show me what I missed

[Outro]
Seven dog legs hung to dry in the woods that way
Postal blowfish, on the ride that moves that way
Come on [?] release them now
[?] and frosty frogs

Genius Annotation

This is a re-recording of Bee Thousand outtake “Postal Blowfish”, a 1993 recording that had been released on the 1995 compilation King Shit and the Golden Boys. This version was recorded with John Shough during sessions for Under the Bushes Under the Stars and, while it was considered for at least one early tracklist of the album, it was eventually only released on the soundtrack to the Kids in the Hall Brain Candy film.
