Meet Gonçalo Ribeiro 🔷 of MGC Transitários, LDA from Portugal What are your hobbies? -I’m all about good music, dancing like nobody’s watching, exploring new places, and getting lost in a great book. These are the things that keep me balanced and inspired! What motivates you in life? -Growth, in every sense of the word. Watching my business evolve, my team thrive, and my family grow stronger together is what drives me every day. Whether it’s hitting new milestones at work or making memories with my loved ones, it’s all about building something meaningful that lasts. What is your favorite quote/saying that you would like to share? -“No one knows what they’re doing. Not even the ones with degrees, big job titles, or the people on your vision board. Everyone is just trying loudly, failing loudly, and trying again. And so should you." This quote resonates deeply with me. It’s a powerful reminder that imperfection is part of the process and that what truly matters is showing up, learning, and keep trying! What scares you? -Standing still. The idea of becoming complacent and losing the drive to evolve is what keeps me pushing forward. Tell us something we don’t know about you. -I once dreamed of becoming a rock star—but life had other plans, and I quickly realized I’m a terrible singer!
