About us
We have a vision for an inclusive Hong Kong where everyone has a safe place to call home and cares for their neighbour.
We work with people experiencing homelessness to help them settle in a safe home, restore their mental and physical wellbeing, build their self-esteem, increase their social capital and discover their purpose.
To do this we provide direct holistic support to people experiencing homelessness and empower them to transform their lives. At the same time we build community connections to increase collective understanding of homelessness and empathy towards the people who experience it. We also address the systemic issues that cause the housing crisis and stand up with those who lack the basic human right to safe housing.

Coming from Canada, I never could have imagined that I’d ever be awarded one of Asia’s Most Influential 2024… These awards and positive recognition can be cool and also sometimes cringey at the same time lol, but I do especially appreciate the exposure for the work we are doing in our community. ImpactHK have now distributed well over a million meals on the streets while helping hundreds of friends off the streets into long term shelter. Love 21 Foundation now support nearly 500 neurodiverse families with a full holistic model that is truly making a positive life changing difference. But when it comes to influence I guess I’m most proud of how we have supported and empowered well over 40,000 unique volunteers in Hong Kong with an opportunity to contribute and with awareness about the importance of caring for people. Let’s all do what we can. I’m so grateful to have been given this opportunity to support and stand up for others who truly need a good friend. Thanks for your support! 🙏🏻❤️ #kindnessmatters
