Last week, BTS Indonesia had the privilege of hosting our first-ever "Multipliers for Non-Profit Leaders" session in Indonesia. This program builds on the tremendous success of similar sessions conducted in other part of the world, where nonprofit leaders experienced impactful transformations in their leadership approach. Supported by BTS Spark, the not-for-profit practice within BTS, the Multipliers for Non-Profit Leaders program equips leaders with proven tools and strategies to unlock the full potential of their teams and create lasting impact. The session brought together 16 passionate leaders from 10 organizations, exceeding our expected capacity, all dedicated to driving meaningful change within their teams and communities. Thank you leaders from YCAB Foundation, INSPIRASI Foundation, Yayasan Plan International Indonesia, Gugah Nurani Indonesia, Ashoka Indonesia, Tanoto Foundation, Yayasan Gemilang Sehat Indonesia, Habitat for Humanity Indonesia, Wahana Visi Indonesia and Gerakan Indonesia Mengajar. The energy, insights, and collaborative spirit in the room exceeded our expectations, and it was truly rewarding to witness leaders committed to becoming "Multipliers." YCAB Foundation, in collaboration with PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia, is implementing a Recycling Program through the Sustainable Youth Empowerment Program (SYEP) aimed at raising awareness among young people about the importance of sorting and recycling waste, in line with the "Indonesia Bebas Sampah 2025" initiative. ❤️ For a year, SYEP has engaged hundreds of students, teachers, and staff from high schools/vocational schools in South Jakarta in educational activities, including effective waste management training. Some of the students involved have even been able to create recyclable products with market value, thereby supporting their entrepreneurial skills. Thank you to the participants, trainers, mentors, and partners who have contributed to the success of this program!
