Last week, our colleagues at Catalyst hosted a superb panel event in London, which looked at the role of the real estate industry 🏢 and it's stakeholders in the green transition 🌲. Given the backdrop of #COP29 and the outcomes of some significant elections globally, the panel had plenty to discuss! One topic which came up for discussion was the importance of data 📈 for real estate fund and asset managers. Reliable data is crucial for transparency and informed decision-making; it enables better client communication and decision-making; and it is rare so that those who have it are in a much stronger position.
