While the industry faced incredible challenges last year, Cherre continued to grow and add value with the largest firms in the world. We expanded our reach across use cases, asset classes, and geographies, and continued to push the boundaries of what our platform can deliver for our clients. The future of our industry is breathtakingly exciting. We welcome to the team the incredible folks at HighSage Ventures, together with our clients and partners, including Nuveen, a TIAA company, TA Realty, and RXR. We are also excited about the continued support of our existing investors, Trustbridge Partners, Glilot Capital Partners, Carthona Capital, and Intel Capital. We are excited to continue working with the most important stakeholders in the industry, and are very proud to solidify our place as the leading and preeminent real estate data management and intelligence platform in the world. We have a lot of work ahead of us. We continue to add more connections and input mechanisms that empower our clients to work simultaneously with multiple target operating models, and change and evolve them with ease as necessary. We will add more integrations into existing BI and AI tools, as well as develop novel models and frameworks to empower our clients to better identify markets and opportunities that will generate outsized returns. We continue to expand our platform functionality, putting more power into our technical, consulting, and implementation partners' hands to empower them to scale faster and easier with their clients. Indeed, we have a lot of work ahead of us, and I couldn’t imagine a better team to deliver on this mission. We don’t celebrate rounds at Cherre (maybe a little :) ). We celebrate outcomes for our clients. So while this is a proud moment for us, we will continue to celebrate our clients’ success as the greatest reward for all of our hard work.
