Gen Z thrives in outdoor campus spaces that blend productivity with relaxation. Our client's "work hard, play hard" philosophy inspired the creation of a vibrant, wellness-oriented campus. People can engage in a variety of activities, such as golf and theater festivals, surrounded by lush terraces. Cycling to work, conducting meetings in the garden, and holding outdoor team scrums enhance both fitness and teamwork. Town halls, set against the backdrop of Bengaluru's pleasant weather, provide a unique and engaging environment. The addition of adopted trees has brought new life to our campus, with Bagmane's expert horticulture team and vendors ensuring their successful relocation. We chose plants carefully to prevent allergies and enhance the campus's aesthetic, complementing the champagne-colored facade and adding an element of sophistication. The biophilic landscape supports a thriving ecosystem of butterflies and birds. Bagmane Developers Pvt.Ltd. Just as Republic Day brings together people from different cultures into one shared identity, Deeproots Design blends natural elements with built environments to create spaces that connect and inspire. We craft designs that feel authentic, meaningful, and grounded in their surroundings by using native plants, local materials, and sustainable principles. At Deeproots Design, we believe in creating spaces where nature and design work together in perfect harmony. This vision resonates strongly with the spirit of Republic Day, which celebrates the beauty of unity in diversity. Our focus is always on enriching lives through thoughtful, nature-driven spaces. It’s about creating places that don’t just look beautiful but also foster a sense of connection and well-being. Like Republic Day, our work honours the past while paving the way for a greener, more sustainable future. Every design is a step towards building spaces that bring people closer to nature, to each other, and to a better tomorrow. This is the power of unity in Deeproots Design's diversity—design that inspires and endures. #India #Nature #Inspire #Design #Future

Higher productivity by bringing nature into the workspace Green walls and carefully selected indoor plants bring warmth and energy into the workspace. These natural elements do more than just improve aesthetics. They boost focus, reduce stress, and support overall well-being. Every corner balances purpose and nature seamlessly. These office shows how biophilia can create healthier, happier workspaces. We believe nature belongs at the heart of every workspace at Deeproots Design. Just like every snowflake is unique, no two Haritas are ever the same. Each one carries its own story, purpose, and design—much like our fingerprints. This Christmas, let Harita biopod remind us of the beauty of individuality, the strength of connection, and the importance of creating spaces where life thrives. May your festive season be filled with warmth, light, and moments as special as every Harita we craft. Merry Christmas from all of us at Deeproots Design! #Design #Architecture #India #innovation #FutureOfWork

Morgan Stanley Mumbai Office — A Living, Breathing Space Designed to Inspire and Energise The Morgan Stanley office offered an opportunity to reconnect urban spaces with nature. We designed a vibrant landscape enriched with native plants, attracting butterflies, bees, and birds. This brought life and movement to the heart of the building. Our aim was to create a biophilic environment that is visually stunning and promotes well-being and community bonding. Outdoor working structures were introduced to provide shade and protection from the sun and rain. These structures feature movable louvres, allowing users to adjust light and wind for comfort. The site’s strong winds required innovative solutions, and the louvres manage this while maintaining functionality. We added a cricket pitch that doubles as a stage and outdoor movie area. This multi-use design supports activities like futsal, rooftop dining, and urban farming. These features foster team bonding and have increased productivity, empathy, and collaboration. Indoors, approximately 2% of the space is dedicated to greenery through green walls and plants. This addition brings warmth, energy, and serenity to the workspace, creating a stress-free and inspiring environment. By blending nature with design, we have supported the well-being of employees, their families, and the broader community. Key Sustainability Features 1. Wind Adaptation: Movable louvres effectively manage strong winds while ensuring comfort and flexibility. 2. Multi-Use Design: A cricket pitch doubles as a stage and outdoor movie screen, enhancing creative use of space. 3. Sustainable Materials: Ferrocrete reduces costs and minimises the use of cement, concrete, and tiles. 4. Eco-Friendly Lighting: LED lights and no uplighting minimise environmental light pollution. 5. Water Recycling: Recycled water for irrigation conserves and reuses vital resources. 6. Local Materials: Locally sourced materials enhance sustainability and provide a sense of place. 7. Native Plants: Pollinator-friendly plants attract birds and butterflies, creating a nature-focused environment in a formal corporate setup. 8. Flexible Spaces: Intuitive planning supports diverse activities, enabling creative and innovative uses. This project is a testament to the transformative power of biophilic design. By reconnecting people with nature, we have crafted a workplace that is serene, functional, and inspiring. The Morgan Stanley Mumbai office now stands as a shining example of how sustainability, community, and creativity can seamlessly come together in corporate environments. This is what design done right looks like. Watch it all come to life with Kshitij and Veronica from Morgan Stanley. #Design #FutureOfWork #Architecture #India #MorganStanley

Dr. Bharat Damani shared insights on the Eisenhower Matrix during a workshop. Dr. Bharat leads the FLAME University Entrepreneurship Department. Deeproots Design team learned to use the Eisenhower Matrix both at work and in personal life to manage time effectively. The matrix, named after President Dwight D. Eisenhower, boosts productivity and efficiency by helping us prioritise tasks by urgency and importance. The matrix has four quadrants. The first holds tasks that are urgent and important. These need our immediate attention, like addressing client needs or meeting project deadlines. The second quadrant holds tasks that are important but not urgent. These contribute to long-term success, like planning new designs or researching materials. The third quadrant is for tasks that are urgent but not important. These can distract us from significant work, like non-essential emails. Delegating or postponing these tasks frees up time for more impactful work. The fourth quadrant includes tasks that are neither urgent nor important. Eliminating these tasks lets us focus on what matters most. The workshop showed how the Eisenhower Matrix improves project outcomes. Participants shared how focusing on important tasks led to better solutions and client satisfaction. Eliminating unnecessary tasks boosted their productivity. Effective time management is key. By using the Eisenhower Matrix, we balance our work and focus on what truly matters. This leads to greater efficiency, innovation, and satisfaction. #architecture #management #productivity #innovation #design
