A three-day workshop, conducted in two batches with 60 Anganwadi workers, was organized in collaboration with the CII Foundation and supported by Blue Star Limited in Tada Mandal, Sri City, Andhra Pradesh. Highlights of the Workshop: 📌 Day 1: Exploring the significance of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), understanding the notion of a child, and understanding the domains of development. 📌 Day 2: Addressing the developmental needs of children, introducing play-based methodologies, and structuring a daily routine focusing on circle time, free play, literacy, and numeracy activities. 📌 Day 3: Innovating with locally available materials to create sustainable and effective Teaching-Learning Materials (TLMs). This workshop aimed at equipping Anganwadi educators with the skills and resources to build engaging and enriching learning environments for young children in Anganwadi Centres.
