As part of the second phase of the #GadhboBachpan initiative, a one-day training was conducted for Anganwadi educators of the #Arang Project of #Raipur district. This training aimed to: ✅ Build capacity on Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) and its significance in shaping young minds. ✅ Orient participants on the ECCE State Curriculum and practical insights into ECCE Day Celebrations. ✅ Guide the planning and execution of Micro Improvement Plans to enhance learning outcomes. ✅ Introduce the Shikshan Sahyog Yojna, fostering collaboration and support in the community. A three-day workshop, conducted in two batches with 60 Anganwadi workers, was organized in collaboration with the CII Foundation and supported by Blue Star Limited in Tada Mandal, Sri City, Andhra Pradesh. Highlights of the Workshop: 📌 Day 1: Exploring the significance of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), understanding the notion of a child, and understanding the domains of development. 📌 Day 2: Addressing the developmental needs of children, introducing play-based methodologies, and structuring a daily routine focusing on circle time, free play, literacy, and numeracy activities. 📌 Day 3: Innovating with locally available materials to create sustainable and effective Teaching-Learning Materials (TLMs). This workshop aimed at equipping Anganwadi educators with the skills and resources to build engaging and enriching learning environments for young children in Anganwadi Centres.
