About us
The Naz Foundation (India) Trust is a New Delhi-based Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) working on HIV/AIDS and sexual health issues since 1994. Through the years, Naz has evolved to implement a holistic approach for combating HIV, involving prevention as well as treatment. Six years after decriminalization, queer men (MSM) still face alarming levels of violence—60% report abuse, with Kolkata topping the list. Legal rights must lead to societal acceptance.
