[en] This work has consisted in the observation of maintenance actions analysing not only the times but also the cost to repair. The good use of multidimensionnal analysis brought a photograph of the maintenance section of the Nuclear Instrumentation Department of Saclay's Research center. This image resulted in different parameters all external (cost, number of repair,...) leading to the efficiency of the action, to the technological complexity of the item, or the ability to find faults, Beyond these verifications one can dispose of means to evaluate maintenance. In order to group, to sort or to sample data it was necessary to dispose of the computer support necessary for calculations and handling the maintenance data. Ce travail consiste en une observation sans apriori du phenomene maintenance en analysant non seulement les temps, mais aussi les couts de reparation. L'utilisation de methodes d'analyse multidimensionnelles a conduit a une photographie de la situation du groupe d'essais depannage du Departement d'electronique du Centre d'Etudes Nucleaires de Saclay. Cette image a fait ressortir a travers differents parametres totalement externes (couts, nombre d'interventions...) des notions de rentabilite de l'intervention, de complexite technologique ou d'evaluation de l'aptitude des hommes au diagnostic des pannes. Au-dela de ces constatations, on dispose d'un outil d'evaluation d'une maintenance. Afin de regrouper, de trier et d'echantillonner les informations, il fallait disposer d'un support informatique pour comptabiliser les donnees sur les interventions de maintenance que nous avons utilisees pour l'analyse statistique. Cela nous a amene a developper des outils informatiques d'aide a la gestion notamment par la mise en place de fichiers concernant le parc de materiel, les stocks et les interventions. Ces logiciels conversationnels developpes en langages APL reposent sur une structure commune que nous avons concue en pensant non seulement a la simplicite, mais aussi a la portabilite afin de degager les utilisateurs d'un type de calculateurOriginal Title

[en] During the last years Colombia has increased the use of nuclear techniques, instruments and equipment in ambitious health programs, as well as in research centers, industry and education; this has resulted in numerous maintenance problems. As an alternative solution IAN has established a Central Maintenance Laboratory for nuclear instruments within an International Atomic Energy Agency program for eight Latin American and nine Asian Countries. Established strategies and some results are detailed in this writing

[en] Each year the Engineering Research Division of the Electronics Engineering Department has issued an internal report listing of all formal publications produced by the division during the calendar year. The report for 1978 is being issued in two sections (the second section has been expanded from the former format due to a change in collection of information implemented during the calendar year 1978). The first section (covering January 1978 through June 1978) lists the titles, report numbers, authors, dates, an author index, and, when applicable, conferences or journals to which the paper was submitted. The second section (covering July 1978 through December 1978) provides, in addition to the above information, abstracts for each paper, and an appendix with keywords. Future publication reports will include abstracts and a keyword appendix for all reports. It is expected that the new format will make the publication report a more useful document

[en] A one-nanosecond resolution time-to-digital converter for the SPES I detection near Saturne II has been built. Full ranges are 1 μs or 8 μs. A 125 MHz gated oscillator triggered by the start gives after a four-phase demultiplier a set of 16 signals of 32 ns period delayed by 1 ns. The stop memorizes 32 different configurations for the fine count in Gray code. The differential non linearity is = 0.25 ns
