Chi siamo
Poltrone, sedie e divani per un nuovo concetto di design. True Design nasce da un’idea di due giovani cresciuti all’insegna del moderno. Per loro il “moderno” coincide anzitutto con l’andare oltre la moda, con lo spingersi al di là di quei segni che da innovativi si mutano troppo rapidamente in convenzionali. “Nell’opposizione, a ben guardare, scopriamo contaminazioni che diventano impreviste relazioni; l’opposizione ci esorta a spingerci in territori fatti di libertà, comprensione, rispetto. Questo libera il nostro entusiasmo”. Per loro ciò che è moda andrebbe quindi fugacemente apprezzato, ma anche assunto come già demodé. Occorre dunque spingersi oltre. Ma in quale direzione? “Il nostro vuole essere un andare avanti guardando indietro”. Questa può sembrare una posizione contraddittoria, ma nei fatti la contraddittorietà è l’essenza del moderno.
