🌊 Today, led by our CEO Enock Ole Kiminta the women in water leadership engaged in powerful discussion groups focused on the challenges faced by women leaders in the water sector. The insights shared were nothing short of eye-opening, as we tackled pressing issues that undermine our progress and safety in this vital field. A particularly alarming theme emerged across all three groups: the prevalence of #SEXTORTION, #SEXUAL violence, the denial and the #FEAR to report these injustices. These realities not only affect the well-being of individuals but also hinder the advancement and sustainability of the water sector as a whole. It's crucial that we spotlight these challenges and engage in meaningful conversations to develop actionable solutions. Together, we can advocate for stronger protections, create supportive environments, and ensure that women in our industry feel safe and valued.
