Trees for Kenya

Trees for Kenya is a Nonprofit organization registered in Kenya in 2012 and work with community members within Kenya to ; restore degraded forest lands through tree planting activities, training community members on agroforestry techniques, facilitating planting of trees on community farms, greening schools through tree planting, sensitizing community members on importance of conserving forests and reporting illegal forest activities with an aim of stopping deforestation, distribution of energy conservation cook-stoves which reduce emission of green house gases and reduce cases of respiratory related diseases as well as supporting community members to improve their livelihoods and learn more about water harvesting techniques.
