Today, Harju Elekter Lithuania had the pleasure of hosting Members of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania—Jurgis Razma, Audrius Petrošius, Žygimantas Pavilionis, Mindaugas Lingė, as well as Ignas Gaižiūnas, a member of the city council, and Indiana Grigienė, a municipal council member. During the visit, we had valuable discussions about the future of engineering, the education system, and workforce development. Addressing these challenges together is key to ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled specialists, bridging the qualifications gap, and fostering an innovative and competitive Lithuania. On January 24th, we gathered at Desperado77 to celebrate our incredible team and 34 years of HARJU ELEKTER UAB, originally founded as Rifas in 1991. We honoured three dedicated employees for their remarkable milestones - two with 10 years and one with 15 years of service. The evening reached new heights with the legendary G&G Sindikatas, whose iconic beats and socially conscious lyrics have united generations for over two decades. Harju Elekter Lithuania organizes various drone camps: in summer, we enjoy working with children, and now, for some time, we have been running a drone camp for adults, with participants from the Alfonso Smetona Riflemen’s (Panevėžys District) 5th Unit. Together, we delve into drone creation, learn to think with an engineering mindset, and tackle technological challenges. We are grateful for this unique partnership and proud that our initiatives are expanding – from youth to adults, from ideas to fully functioning drones.
