  • Meet our project partner French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (ANSES)! #ANSES is a public administrative body reporting to the Ministries of Health, the Environment, Agriculture, Labour and Consumer Affairs. Their role in #CATALYSE includes: - Contributing to partner project management and coordination - Taking part to a dynamic stakeholders-engagement strategy combining Science, Society and Policy dimensions - Developing a community of practice to foster knowledge exchange between end-users, and innovative solutions from farm to fork - Creating new materials for food industry, food authorities and/or the interested consumer - Promoting and sharing scientific and technical guidance documents of the EURL for “Listeria monocytogenes”, “Coagulase Positive Staphylococci” or “Milk and Milk products” Learn more about them here:  🔗 https://ow.ly/W5BK50UgC2o

  • 🌱✨ CATALYSE was proud to be part of the Expo AgriTech event in Málaga, Spain (Nov 26-28), where industry leaders gathered to explore the latest innovations in agriculture and food safety. 🚜🔬 We had the honor of participating in a workshop organized by our project partner, Federación Española de Industrias de Alimentación y Bebidas (FIAB) , titled "Innovation in Food Safety: Innovative Solutions vs Agrifood Sector Needs." 💡🌾 This session highlighted the crucial role startups play in advancing food safety solutions and fostering successful collaborations with food companies.   • 🇧🇪 Introducing our partners: Flanders' FOOD! Flanders’ FOOD is the spearhead cluster and innovation platform for the Flemish agri-food industry. FF is responsible to translate the Flemish research and innovation strategies for smart specialisation (RIS3) into practice. Within the #CATALYSE project, they have a supporting role to bridge the gap between food safety solution providers and end users. This fast-paced, energetic format led to lively discussions and new connections in the world of food safety. The workshop tackled some of the biggest challenges in keeping our food safe, like confusing regulations, limited access to new technology, and gaps in knowledge. Attendees worked together to brainstorm solutions, focusing on the need for stronger partnerships between researchers, businesses, and government officials.
