💡 Wow wat een dag! 💡 Voor vandaag organiseerde ik de workshop 'Versterk je interne #innovatiekracht' voor een groep enthousiaste #ambtenaren van Provincie Flevoland en enkele andere overheden met wie we nauw samenwerken. Onder leiding van het Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship stonden we stil bij de betekenis van #innovatie binnen publieke organisatie(s) en de randvoorwaarden om innovatie in te bedden in onze organisatie, teams en projecten. Ik kan je vertellen... dat leverde zeer interessante inzichten op en concrete acties om morgen mee aan de slag te gaan!
