As you may know by now, on 31 May we introduced a new premium shopping experience at Westfield 4 Temps in La Défense, Paris, marking its debut in Europe. The opening of the Westfield store signifies a pivotal moment for the French retail industry, making it the second market globally to launch this concept, following its initial introduction in New Jersey (USA).
Let us walk you through the highlights! Standing in front of our new store, you're immediately captivated by the store front. The window displays and digital screens draw you in, setting the stage for an immersive shopping experience. As you step inside, you find yourself in a dedicated section where the latest sneaker styles and trend-forward products are highlighted, creating excitement and anticipation. In the heart of the store, you find a zone that encourages customers to connect and experience the inclusivity of sneaker culture through a communal try-on experience. It's a space where you can share your love for sneakers and get instant feedback. Further on in the store, you'll also find a Sneaker Hub. Here, you are treated to personalized services like specialized lacing customization, expanded omni-channel ordering options, and unique FLX experiences.
Laura López Sánchez, our RVP for France, Spain, and Portugal, emphasizes the significance of the communal try-on area: "For me, the most important aspect is the communal try-on zone which prompts interactions with friends, customers, and our Stripers!" She adds, "The store in La Défense will always be remembered as the first in Europe with this new global design, but it's the Stripers that are bringing this new concept to life."
