🚧 Sand and gravel are mined world-wide and account for the largest volume of solid material extracted globally. The demand for these aggregates stems from a wide range of sectors, including production of glass, electronics and aeronautics. However, its largest use is in construction and land reclamation. 💚 That is why we are extra proud of our "2Good2Waste" bricks. They are made from 100% waste materials - consisting of the recipe for our standard collection WasteBasedBricks mixed with residual recipes that remain during the year when we switch production. Ordering 2Good2Waste (in either our 'handmade' or 'raw' finish) will give you the opportunity to upcycle 150 kg of waste per m² brick surface. This product is especially suitable for housing projects, quay walls, and renovation projects. CornWall (shortlisted in this year's Dezeen Awards) is organic waste transformed into a climate positive design. Made from primarily corn waste, this innovative new material is the sustainable alternative for interior wall cladding. 🌽 During growth, more CO2 is stored than is emitted during production. 🌽 There is no end-of-life waste since the product is biodegradable or can be 100% recycled. 🌽 The tiles can be demounted and reused to pass them on to subsequent cycles.
