How time flies when you’re connecting and thriving together!✨ It’s been two years since BW LNG, BW LPG and BW Offshore came together under one roof in the same office building in Oslo. The move helped us unlock greater synergy and strengthened connections across the group as the 'BW Powerhouse'. Testament to this, we hosted a "Pizza & Learn" session with our CEOs Yngvil Eriksson Åsheim, Kristian Sorensen and Marco Beenen for the latest updates. The CEOs shared how they are preparing for the future of the energy industry, expanding infrastructure, and how we are continually exploring ways to work more effectively together. Beyond corporate strategy updates and achievements, they also shared their experiences and challenges, and discussed the common qualities that drive success in a lively Q&A session. We are glad for this time together and look forward to more delicious collaborations ahead! #BW #BWLNG #Shipping #Maritime #PeopleatBW #LifeinBW

A historic milestone for a live SIRE 2.0 inspection in Milford Haven, UK 🎉 BW Cassia made history on 2 September 2024 as one of three vessels worldwide to undergo the first ever SIRE 2.0 inspection. The original Ship Inspection Report Programme (SIRE) was introduced by the OCIMF (Oil Companies International Marine Forum) in 1993 to safeguard oil, chemical, LNG and LPG tankers from incidents. SIRE 2.0, which came into effect in September 2024, is a new version of the inspection programme that assesses tanker vessels’ suitability to carry their cargo with a renewed focus on hardware, procedures, and human competence. After months of diligent preparation and numerous trial inspections, our crew onboard BW Cassia demonstrated exceptional operational readiness, showcasing BW LNG’s commitment to excellence. A huge congratulations to everyone involved in making this milestone possible! #BestOnWater #BWLNG #Innovation #SIRE2.0 #MaritimeExcellence

Exciting visits aboard FSRU BW Integrity 🚢 Over the past month, BW LNG was delighted to host visits onboard our FSRU, BW Integrity from our co-owner, Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and industry partners Pakistan LNG Limited (PLL), Pakistan Gasport Consortium Limited (PGPC), Fauji Oil Terminal & Distribution Co. Ltd. (FOTCO), and the Pakistan Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA). Jointly owned by BW LNG and Mitsui & Co., Ltd., BW Integrity is moored alongside the terminal in Port Qasim, and supports, among others, three RLNG-fuelled power plants in Pakistan and other gas users passing through. These ship visits offer an insightful opportunity for our partners to witness firsthand the daily operations of an FSRU and understand how BW Integrity plays a key role in reducing Pakistan’s gas deficit by regasifying up to 750 million standard cubic feet of natural gas daily. We’re proud to support Pakistan’s national power needs. Together, we’re paving the way for a sustainable energy future! #BW #BWLNG #Bestonwater #FSRU #LNG #Pakistan #BWIntegrity #Mitsui #PortQasim #Maritime #Shipping

The NSA pinning ceremony marks a significant milestone in the cadets’ first year, as they receive their official NSA pins. This was a wonderful opportunity for both parents and cadets to learn about the programme, ask questions, and learn how they will play a key role in carrying out BW’s mission in delivering energy for the world. We were proud to introduce BW Group and our affiliates, sharing our Vision, Mission, and Values, as we warmly welcomed our newest cadets on their new chapter with us.
