Successful Roster gathering in Tanzania🎉   In mid-January, a gathering on the topic "Responding in the first phase of sudden onset crises" took place in Tanzania, bringing together our core roster members from various regions worldwide to share their field experiences, learn from one another and enhance their expertise. The core team is part of the NCA emergency roster and consists of the most active and experienced roster members.   Topic such as initial needs assessments, technical program planning, finance and logistics were covered, alongside first aid refresher courses. Additionally, roster members familiarized themselves with NCA priorities.   “Every context is different, it’s challenging even though you have experience; it’s unique, so it’s exciting to be in the roster.”   A participant shared the above quote when explaining his reason for being a part of the roster.   We express gratitude for our roster members and feel fortunate to have such a robust team of highly competent professionals at Norwegian Church Aid / Kirkens Nødhjelp 💜 #NCAEmergencyRoster #NCA
