From November 6-8, our staff and team members took part in an intensive three-day workshop aimed at sharpening their presentation skills. Congratulations to our very own Ismael Puerto, a safety leader assigned to our 200 MLD Water Treatment Plant project in East Bay, Laguna, for passing DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Consultant Accreditation! To achieve this accreditation, Ismael, a highly experienced safety officer, with 18 years’ experience Abroad and local on Infrastructure, high rise building and Oil and gas projects, has accumulated over 500 hours of training in various fields of occupational safety and health. Last October 28-29, we held a successful two-day Coaching Techniques Workshop led by Rica Rustia Uy! Designed for supervisors and up, this hands-on workshop empowered our leaders to develop essential coaching skills to support their teams’ growth and performance. Through simulations and practical exercises, participants practiced coaching session planning, goal-setting, active listening, situational analysis, and effective dialogue. These new skills will enable our leaders to create a more supportive and high-performing environment at PrimeBMD.
