We’re happy to share two exciting projects we’re working on with Cáritas Portuguesa, one of Portugal’s leading nonprofit organizations and a proud member of the global Caritas network. Dedicated to supporting vulnerable communities and combating poverty, Cáritas is making a profound difference—and we’re proud to contribute to their mission. Project 1: Enhancing internal communication at their Lisbon headquarters. Our team, led by dedicated consultants and the project manager, is conducting interviews and benchmarking to craft tailored recommendations that boost collaboration and efficiency. 💬 Project 2: Assessing stakeholders’ financial information needs and defining priorities to optimize the finance department’s processes, ensuring effective and streamlined information delivery. 📊 Both projects aim to strengthen Cáritas’s foundations and amplify their ability to create meaningful social and humanitarian impact. We’re excited to support Cáritas through this long-term collaboration and look forward to driving change together!

🎉 Leveling Up with In&Out-Consulting! 💼✨ This week, 180DC Madrid teamed up with In&Out-Consulting for a workshop that took our PowerPoint skills to S Tier consulting standards 😁 . Joined by peers from 180 Degrees Consulting HEC Paris, 180 Degrees Consulting Barcelona, 180 Degrees Consulting Católica Lisbon, and 180 Degrees Consulting Milan we explored consulting best practices and career insights, wrapping up with an engaging Q&A. We’re proud to share our first project of the semester: Multiplica! This exciting collaboration has been in full swing for some time, and we’re thrilled with the progress that’s been made. As a new partner for us, working with Multiplica has been a unique challenge for our consultants and project manager. Under the leadership of our Project Manager, Joshua, the team has supported this bold startup on its journey to becoming an official NGO. This project has been an inspiring opportunity for learning and growth, and we’re excited to see the lasting impact Multiplica will have on startups in African-Portuguese countries.

The new semester is just around the corner, which means it's time for the next round of recruitment at 180DC Lisbon! We're excited to kick off the application process for the upcoming semester. Below is an overview of the key dates leading up to the start of our consulting projects on September 16th: ▶ September 5th - Club Fair & Application Open: Join us at the Club Fair in Building 5 of Católica Lisbon to meet our Board and learn more about 180DC Lisbon. Applications will be officially opened on the same day until 23:59 on 7 September! We look forward to receiving your CV at hr.lisbon@180dc.org. ▶ Semptember 10-12 - Interviews & Selection: Rolling invitations for interviews will be sent out from 8 to 12 September. The final selection will be announced on 13 September. We have a limited number of places, so apply early! (Applications after 7 September can not be considered) ▶ Sepember 15th - Welcome Day: Celebrate with us on Welcome Day as we introduce the new consultants to the 180DC Lisbon team for the winter term 2024/25. ▶ September 16th - Project Kickoff: Officially start of our consulting projects on the 16th of September. Reflecting on an incredible finale to our semester in Lisbon! 🎉 This past May 11th, we gathered for a special event, marking not just the end of our semester but also our great time here.
