Kadınların siyasetten ekonomiye ve sosyal hayata uzanan liderlik yolculuklarını desteklemek için büyük bir adım attık. Bursa’da düzenlediğimiz “Lider Kadınlarla Yerelden Ulusala” proje lansmanında, güçlü kadın muhtarlarımızla bir araya gelerek dayanışmamızı pekiştirdik. 💪👩💼 WEACT-LİDER KADINLARLA YERELDEN ULUSALA proje kapsamında neler yaptık? ✅ 20 kadın muhtarımıza birebir koçluk seansları düzenledik, ✅ Kadın liderlerin başarı öykülerini derledik, ✅ Networking alanlarıyla kadın muhtarlarımızın bağlantılarını güçlendirdik, ✅ Online bilgilendirme toplantılarıyla farkındalık yarattık. Bu projede amacımız, kadınların siyasette daha fazla yer almasını sağlamak, karar mekanizmalarındaki rollerini güçlendirmek ve eşit fırsatlar sunarak toplumun her alanında liderliklerini desteklemektir. Kadınların güçlü temsiliyle daha kapsayıcı ve adil bir gelecek mümkün! Bu unutulmaz projede IGEA olarak yer almak bizim için büyük bir onur. IGEA participants, including agricultural engineers from Uludağ and Bandırma Universities, had the opportunity to attend the KNOW4FARM Field Visit Workshop in Athens, hosted by Smart Agro Hub. This impactful 5-day workshop provided an excellent platform to explore Precision Agriculture and Livestock Farming. Throughout the workshop, participants engaged with cutting-edge precision agricultural technologies and had hands-on experience at the Smart Agro Hub’s experimental unit. Practical knowledge was shared using the e-situ system, enhancing participants' skills in Precision Agriculture. The final days focused on Precision Livestock Farming which emphasizes environmental sustainability. Last week, we attended the final transnational project meeting of the INNO4CHANGE project, where we reviewed the digital learning portal, dissemination strategies, multiplier events and finalizing the project’s outcomes. Over the past 24 months, in this project, we aimed to harness the potential of future social entrepreneurs by developing their innovation, entrepreneurship, and business skills, supporting them in becoming more business and innovation-oriented, generating new ideas, growing their businesses and creating effective social impact. INNO4CHANGE has worked to capacitate VET providers and professionals by equipping them with the tools to integrate innovation, business and sustainability topics into their programs and curricula. We are excited to share these valuable outputs with future entrepreneurs and to see the positive changes they will bring. Yesterday, we hosted the fourth transnational project meeting for the EduChampions project, taking a pivotal role as the IGEA organization. It was a wonderful and unique experience for IGEA to welcome partners from Spain, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Latvia and Portugal. The EduChampions project, aimed at fostering positive change in education and promoting an edupreneurial mindset, provided an opportunity to discuss the project's overall progress, outputs, tasks and upcoming steps. We eagerly anticipate meeting the partners again in October in Bilbao.
