🌱 Empowering women, Transforming agriculture In today’s interview with Food ingredients Global, our co-founder, Inez van Oord, shared the journey behind PrimeJack®️ & FiberFoods: from discovering Uganda’s untapped jackfruit potential to creating sustainable income opportunities for women. 🌱 By focusing on training female farmers, promoting agroforestry, and leading with a collaborative mindset, we’ve not only unlocked the value of jackfruit as a meat alternative but also fostered leadership among Ugandan women. 🌱 As Inez says, “Investing in these women is the biggest part of our success.
