Over two days in Bristol on 23 and 24 May, you'll be  immersed in facilitated development of new project ideas, getting ready to submit an application for one of our scoping study grants.  A key element of the scoping projects is that they involve meaningful collaboration with food system stakeholders and work across disciplines. The report focused on Scopes 1 & 2 as companies don't have to report #scope3emissions (yet) but sourcing policies for the food items that have the greatest environmental impact were included.
