What are your thrive conditions? LIFE FUEL See, feel, and be in 2025 (2-minute quick read) How could you FUEL your thrive conditions? What’s one thing you could do, learn, or ask about today that takes you closer to what you want your day—and life—to be? I love an acronym, and FUEL practically wrote itself (a happy coincidence—or maybe not?). Faith: The space where we act, knowing what we believe will unfold. Where manifestation becomes a reality. Manifesta[c]tion. Understanding: Knowing how to fuel our minds and, by extension, our lives. Energy: Harnessing our power supply to feel and be. Life: Living fully present, seeing every moment as an opportunity to thrive. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Let’s go deeper: F - Faith Faith is action. It forges new neural pathways, helping the brain grow and expand its boundaries. Faith thrives on: -Daily routines -Enabling belief systems -A learning mindset -Action. Ask yourself: What can I do, learn, or explore today? U - Understanding Understanding fuels your ability to know and create your thrive conditions. It’s about: -Recognising automatic programs running in your mind. -Interpreting the world around you. -Letting energy and emotions pass through without getting stuck. -Discerning what is real—and what is not. E - Energy Where is your energy coming from? For nearly a decade, we’ve taught about the fuel gauges of the mind: -Physical fuel gauge: Sleep, nutrition, rest, recovery, and health. -Emotional fuel gauge: How we use emotional energy—our ability to self-motivate, harness positive triggers, and manage the negative ones. -Spiritual fuel gauge: Tied to the soul, self-esteem, and belief systems—where we uncover our true sense of knowing. Each fuel gauge builds on the others, stacking to fuel your faith and, ultimately, your life. L - Life Faith comes alive when your F-U-E is in balance and life thrives. In your life, reflect on: Brian Smith's question: “What is your influence?” Our question: “What is your and?” What is your enough? Tim Duggan’s concept of “working backwards.” What is your enough? Stephanie Harrison’s “New Happy.” How can you help? Victoria Song's idea of bending reality. What is possible for you? Fuelling your life is an active process of preparation and well-being. You get one life. One shot. -What will your verse be in the powerful play of life? As we approach the holidays, take a moment to pause and reflect: Do you have enough fuel—or the right fuel? Remember: You are already enough. ----------------------------------------------------- Want more go deeper (see comments) ------------------------------------------------------ Click on : Follow us- https://lnkd.in/dqMTTaJB Get our newsletter https://lnkd.in/e6RtncJ3 Get on the waitlist for the programs and a free Fuel Gauge Virtual session coming soon https://lnkd.in/eRZC3R4U

  • How do you reflect? Dave our co-founder shares an activity that he did with Debbie and how they have shared reflection time - which is part of stillness, thought and being present all done intentionally (throwing a full moon and it’s feels pretty good)

What are you doing right now… With a moment to be savoured, we have a chance to stop, think and consider. Tonight is a full moon, a clear sky, a chance to think about the things we want to leave on 2024 and things we want to enable in 2025. Thank you Debbie Halls-Evans for insisting we did this. A great way to ponder the week before Christmas. We hope that we can all experience a more human 2025. What are you leaving behind? What are you hoping for? What do you already know will happen? #pause #energy #think #believe One of the great things about this fire pit is we had our Gathering here and people stood around and shared their breakthroughs. The energy of those conversations are still here. George Powers, EA, ABA, ATP Kevin Turnbull Joe Kilgore CPA Diana Tetherow Douglas Holsted

Who gives a crap? - Arguments about minutia - Purposeless Process - Agenda based territorial things - Power structure - Viewpoints - Differences - Energy sapping drudgery How many times have these happened to you and you have thought ‘Who Gives A Crap Thoughts are energy. We are energy. Energy is something that is available anytime any place and in many forms. You can find it things that we use every day that are around us all of the time. Here is an example: I love the brand ‘who gives a crap’ They have taken the boring task of ordering toilet paper and made it interesting and fun, and bloody efficient. They have thought about the very aspect of my experience with their product and I appreciate it. - The dismantling the box - The funky writing - The witty messaging - The ease the box collapsed. - How sustainable everything was Their consideration has energy in it, thoughts are energy. And it struck me How much energy are using for good, purposeful thinking or improvement? Or are you putting your energy into ‘who gives a crap’? Because it: - Stops you being in the moment - Stops intentionality - Stops you noticing the good thoughts and energy. By noticing we can scoop up energy to share with others just like that all by just thinking about ‘who gives a crap’ did. What brands or products have you noticed use intentional thinking? ……………….……………….……………….………………. When you think of coaching, think of us @and
