Manchester started the ball rolling on our A&T office Christmas parties last Friday by smuggling some "contraband" cocktails into Alcotraz, before enjoying food and drinks at Gaucho (once finally released!). 🥩✨ Here’s to a great bit of festive team-building! 🥂

Appleyard & Trew LLP are delighted to see works commence on our Barnes project with the great team at Hoeg Architects Ltd led by Giles H. and Jim Smith. Works are being carried out by Uber Contracts Ltd led by Peter Couldridge and his team. Our work is being predominately led by LLP Partner Matthew Steggall with Associates Simon Bailey and Sam Hall also involved. Another great addition to our Prime London Property portfolio.

Our new Associate, Mark Back, has almost completed his first week in our brand new London office (note the change of address!) Beginning his career in the 1980s, Mark has acquired an impressive amount of knowledge in both Project Management and Quantity Surveying. His deep understanding of the finer details of construction methodology makes him an integral addition to our growing team. Welcome aboard, Mark 👏

Appleyard & Trew LLP were delighted to host a table at TBF DevonandCornwall Autumn dinner event. LLP Partner Matthew Steggall, Peter Nicholls and Jack Wilkinson welcomed Steve Smith, Amy Hemmings Olivia Boulting MNAVA, Morven Maclean and Laura Highton for a fabulous night of food and drinks celebrating the best of the Devon and Cornwall construction industry. It was great to see so many people and keep growing our reputation in the South West.

The East Midlands office has a new addition—Senior Building Surveyor Cara Evans, who is already hitting the ground running in her first week. With 20 years of experience across the private, public, and education sectors, Cara joins us at an exciting time as we continue to expand our Building Surveying department. Appleyard and Trew London are on the move!!!! Due to the ongoing success and growth of our London office we have relocated to a brand new office at Work.Life Borough High Street. LLP Partners Matthew Steggall, Kevin McGloin BSc(Hons) MSc MRICS and Kevin Waters have officially taken ownership of the new space and staff will move over in the coming weeks. This new, modern space will enable us to maintain and enhance our services to our Clients, while creating a vibrant happy work space for our team. We cannot wait to welcome you all to our new offices.

Meet the newest additions to our Manchester office! Please join us in welcoming Jane Crawley and Brendan Kilkenny! With over 10 years’ experience in delivering successful tender responses, Bid Manager Jane brings exceptional expertise in managing complex bids, developing strategic frameworks, and driving winning submissions. Her collaborative approach will strengthen partnerships and ensure seamless bid processes from start to finish. Our new Quantity Surveyor, Brendan, brings 25 years of construction experience, primarily with Main Contractors on public sector frameworks for health and education projects. We’re delighted to have you both on board! 🤝
