Thrilled to announce another successful transaction: exchanging an HMO property acquisition in London tonight in just 44 hours! 🏠✨ Speed and precision were crucial in this sub-sale purchase, and I'm incredibly grateful for the outstanding collaboration with my colleague Claudia Rubiano Chaparro who went above and beyond and agent Robert Lazarus MNAEA whose perseverance and proactive approach was crucial. Last push on Monday and then it's time to switch off for 2024.
