PROPHET Profiling - Predictive Role Profiling for High-Performing Executive Teams is our psychometric method for executives and non-executives within successful organisations and is registered by The British Psychological Society. Within the scope of an Executive or Board Search Castle Peak Group are often asked to provide detailed profiling as a part of the process. This is not to aid selection but rather to provide a better insight into those candidates and to enhance the whole process. Prophet is our ‘go to’ as it is a genuine ‘C’ suite business focussed tool that offers powerful insights. Prophet is constructed in order to understand an individuals preferred approach to work, motivations and decision making. It is an extremely accurate test designed by a mathematician, validated by a psychologist and aimed at understanding an individuals strength and how to compliment an existing team. We also work with high performing Executives and Non-Executives who wish to utilise this tool to gain a greater understanding of themselves and yield maximum value in their roles and careers. Alix is a very well respected senior Human Resources Director who recently completed a profile report as part of her own self understanding and development and kindly gave us an endorsement. If you as an organisation or an individual would like to find out more about this please reach out.
About us
We’re an executive and board search consultancy working with like-minded organisations that share our belief in both the importance and benefits of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. In today’s world, we know that diversity – through the lens of ability, race, neurodiversity, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and beyond – helps strengthen organisations. Diversity is means: • Greater innovation and creativity • A broader range of skillsets and perspectives • More empathy, internally and externally • A more diverse talent pool • Increased productivity • Happier employees • Higher revenues But there is still much work to be done, and that’s something we’re actively working to change. Castle Peak truly value and embody the sprit of fairness and we champion and shortlist diverse executive and board talent based on skills and fit. We believe that every individual should have the same opportunity for professional growth and career advancement. Our search process is grounded in fairness, ensuring that all candidates are given equal consideration based on their skills and potential. As a leader, you deserve to work with other leaders. Many executive search firms delegate the work to junior associates whom often do not have the expertise or authority to manage such an important process. At Castle Peak, we believe in an executive-led approach, meaning the same senior executive who begins your search will stay with you through every stage of the process. This ensures a dedicated, consistent, and highly experienced point of contact throughout, giving you the confidence that your search is in the right hands.

Castle Peak Group are proud to enter a new sponsorship agreement with The Mental Shift CIC the UK's first ever mental health company, which uses the sport of Muay Thai as the primary method in providing support and educational services to people across the North of England + Scotland. Aiming to develop and deliver a range of programs (for gyms) and workshops (for schools), all in a bid to spread awareness and increase the knowledge around mental wellbeing and the benefits physical health/wellbeing can have. This is a cause close to the heart of our founder James Carss who was a former fighter and now spends his life outside of work and family coaching Muay Thai and Martial Arts. Muay Thai is an important part of Thailand’s heritage, more than a martial art but a way of life. Traditionally Muay Thai practitioners come from poverty stricken corners of Thailand, the sport offers young men an escape from the monotony of rural life and an opportunity to earn the sort of money which their parents could only have dreamed of. Muay Thai also provides shelter for children from broken families in Thailand. With regular income, regimented training schedules, and a newfound brotherhood, the Muay Thai gym becomes a sanctuary for some escaping a less fortunate home environment. Kai Kanye Leighton has taken these aspects and his own lived experience to found the mental shift to support young men from disadvantaged backgrounds who can both benefit and turn their life around with this brilliant fully funded training programme. If you know a lad who could get value from this please get in touch! www.thementalshift.org

Are you a senior leader within the HR community? Would you be interested in ‘giving back’ in a fabulous paid Non-Executive Director role with Livin Housing an award-winning not for profit housing association that owns nearly 8,800 homes across County Durham. This is a rare opportunity and will commence in December as a Board Member and then gravitate to being Chair of the Human Resources and Remuneration committee in September 2025. Social Housing experience is not essential but a passion and desire to help improve the lives of others most definitely is.
