Named earlier this year as one of Women in Data’s Twenty in Data and Tech, Raj commented: “It was a wonderful experience to join this group of incredible women, sharing our unique perspectives on careers in data. Our colleagues are encouraged to dedicate some of their time to helping good causes in the community, supported with two days of paid volunteering leave each year. Last week, some of our Glasgow team joined forces to lend a hand at the ApparelXchange warehouse, a stone's throw from the esure office. It was a busy shift, quality checking and sorting donated childrenswear at a particularly busy time for the social enterprise who support local families and schools with clothing donations, whilst helping to reduce the impact of clothing on the planet!
