A New Approach to Making Tech Sustainable with Easy-to-Access, Eco-Friendly Solutions and Educating on it's Importance

About us

FixMyTek began at the University of Bristol when our founder and CEO, Casey Sather, a student at the time, saw friends struggling to find affordable, sustainable tech support. What started as a small help desk for classmates has grown into full-time IT and sustainable tech support, partnering with businesses, charities, and universities to bring tech back to life in the greenest way possible over the past six years. Our Mission? We’re here to empower people and organizations to reduce e-waste, save costs, and embrace sustainability in a practical way through repairs and refurbishments. We understand that every business wants to be more sustainable, and we’re here to help close the gap between wanting a sustainable tech approach and making it achievable for those who partner with us. By following our page, you’ll stay connected with our mission to support a Net Zero UK. We share practical tips, industry updates, and sustainability news to keep you informed and inspired. Keeping devices, budgets, and the planet in mind every step of the way. We’re proud to have been shortlisted twice for Best National Repair Service and Most Innovative Repair Service at the Mobile Industry Awards, and recognized in the Bristol New Enterprise Competition for our initiatives.
