This week we celebrate Children's Art Week 2024. At FME, we know that art isn't just about creating beautiful things; it's a powerful tool for nurturing the minds and spirits of our children. We see this in action every time our young people get crafty in The HeartSpace. Here are 5 reasons why art is crucial for their mental health and wellbeing: Boosts Emotional Expression: Art provides a safe space for kids to express their feelings and thoughts, helping them process emotions and develop emotional intelligence.
