An economic evaluation conducted by Health Innovation Network South London (HIN) highlighted the scale of the burden of #BackPain, and the possible return on investment that can be achieved by deploying digital self-management tools. Our new hand pathway fhas gone live across NHS Birmingham and Solihull, Frimley Health and Care Integrated Care System, as well as Wandsworth, Kingston, Richmond, and Croydon (South West London Integrated Care System.) Their patients now have access to digital self-management support for all common #MSK injuries and conditions of the hand. Nonspecific hand and wrist pain has a prevalence of around 10% in the general population and can have a significant impact on everyday life and quality of life. The getUBetter hand pathway helps people across the system to safely access relevant evidence-based advice and exercises for both acute injuries and the most common hand conditions including - Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, de Quervain’s, and Osteoarthritis. #MSKCare #Musculoskeletal #HealthTech #SelfManagement #DigitalHealth
