Data Privacy Day is just around the corner. Have you ever shared a candidate's CV with someone in your team for review? What happens to that email or message after it’s sent? 🤔 Remember: personal data might still be sitting in someone’s inbox. Here's a simple solution we use: 👉 Store all CVs in a central, secure Dropbox folder and only share links - not attachments. 👉 This helps us manage CVs centrally and delete them in line with GDPR retention policies. 👉 Bonus tip: remind your team to search for ‘CVs’ in their inbox monthly and delete any files they find. #DataPrivacyDay #GDPRCompliance #DataProtection
