I’ve been shortlisted in the Excellence in Male Health Advocacy category for the Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards 2025. Funny that this recognition comes during a time where I’ve been actively prioritising my own well-being. Over the past few weeks, you may have noticed that my daily posts have stopped, sometimes down to just one or two a week, or even none at all. I have been focusing on doing the work rather than posting for the sake of it. I've also taken the opportunity to take time to craft stories into blogs, where they can be more meaningful. And working with clients to amplify their brand message and allows me to use my creativity in ways that always pushes me to do more. The last three weeks have been intense behind the scenes, with so much happening that I could have shared, but I’ve realised: I don’t need to post daily to make an impact. This nomination feels like a reminder of what it truly means to advocate for well-being - it's showing how important it is for me and you. A huge thank you to whoever nominated me for this award and for Yasmin letting me know about it in the first place!
