🚨 IAP Spotlight Series 🚨 Week 6 – Final Week & Post-Program Support It’s the final week of the IAP, and participants are focusing on strengthening their impact plans and beginning to take action toward their goals. Our participants have come a long way since the start of the program, with many having already taken concrete steps like signing giving pledges, securing projects with high- impact organizations, and testing their fit for the other top options in their impact plans. They started writing their plans in Week 5, and now the focus is on refining and preparing for real-world progress. To help strengthen their plans, participants are doing a premortem exercise: ▪️ First, they imagine their plan succeeded—what steps did they take to make it a success? What potential issues were they able to prevent? ▪️ Then, they imagine the plan resulted in an unsuccessful outcome—what issues came up and led to that result? By considering both successes and potential obstacles, participants are better equipped to increase the chance of success of their impact plan by navigating challenges and ensuring they stay on the path to impact. As we close out the program, the cohorts have grown close, and both participants and facilitators are already looking forward to two additional cohort sessions in 1 and 2 months to catch up and see how everyone has progressed. After that, participants join the monthly IAP alumni calls, where they continue to share opportunities, ideas, and support. 🚀 Applications for the next round of the IAP are still open!
