We are humans with oomph, and our mission is simple: to do really good work for bright thinkers who want to scale their businesses. By fully plugging into the creative companies we specialise in, we think and talk like the team. Not an outsourced stranger on the sidelines – when we’re in, we’re all in. This puts us in the best shoes to empower business owners and in-house HR managers to make the right decisions, navigate complexities, and kickstart future-facing solutions.   • We laughed, we sparkled, we conquered the art of the rum punch – it can only be the hoomph Christmas party. 🍹✨ First stop: Hidden Rooms Cocktail Lounge & Events Venue for a cocktail bootcamp. Cue the most unusual shaker styles known to humankind, and our winners (Team Awesome, featuring Sarah and Lisa) were crowned. 🏆 Next, we made our way back to Hotel Du Vin Cambridge where we cracked open the fizz and celebrated our wonderful humans with oomph at our values awards. And the winners were… 🌀 Always future focused: Jess Santos 🚀 Go the extra mile: Emily Chubb and Fi Barnes ✳️ Work as one team: Kim Hopkins ⭐ Fairness over equity: Javier Alonso-Fernandez Then it was off to Market House Cambridge for a dinner we’ll be dreaming about for weeks, followed by champagne and chats back at the hotel. Because what’s Christmas without staying up a little too late, solving the world’s problems over bubbles? And just like that, the hoomph festivities were over.
