To mark #NewHomesWeek, we wanted to spotlight our #cohousing development, Rupali Court. The scheme will help those living in #Lozells and the surrounding areas to come together to create their own #community. Following feedback from prospective residents, Rupali Court will feature a large communal lounge and kitchen where residents can cook and share meals. 🥘 In this video, Chris shares how he has been involved with the progress of Rupali Court from the beginning, thanks to the community engagement work carried out by Legacy WM. Construction is underway with our partners Deeley Group currently on the site in Lozells.

Once open Fern Meadows will offer 60 #apartments which will be available to rent or buy through shared ownership.
