A fantastic 2 days spent with a really terrific group of people who I’ve had the privilege of getting to know through my monthly Collaborative Business Relationships Community of Practice that I run at QinetiQ. This group are the QinetiQ Collaborative Business Champions representing a cross-section of our business areas. The development session this week was delivered by Bill Taylor from the Institute for Collaborative Working (ICW) and was both engaging and inspiring. Thanks Bill. Next steps are to build on the good work already being done in this area. We want to apply this learning and to ensure all Collaborative Champions set commitment objectives, understand what further mutual benefits there are for our customers and for QinetiQ and how they can be aligned to those objectives and start tracking progress and realising those tangible benefits. 🎉 Celebrating Excellence in Collaborative Working 🎉 Yesterday’s ICW Collaboration Awards 2024 at the House of Lords was a truly special occasion. This year marked a significant milestone—our 10th anniversary of recognizing and celebrating collaboration in business. Our Chairman, Lord David Evans of Watford, welcomed everyone with a warm and humorous speech. During the evening, it was announced that he is stepping down as Chairman.
