🏛 A strategy to secure the future of Stirling’s historic assets has been approved by Stirling Council.   The Stirling Heritage Strategy 2025-2028 will protect and manage listed buildings, monuments and other important landscapes, archaeological sites and conservation areas.   Its production has been led by the Stirling City Heritage Trust alongside the Council and a range of partner organisations, including Historic Environment Scotland, Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, National Trust for Scotland, and Forth Valley Chamber of Commerce.   It was approved by the Finance, Economy and Corporate Support Committee yesterday (Thursday, 21 November). A two-day conference in 58 seconds!   In the beginning of November, Danish and Scottish stakeholders in architecture and urban planning came together at the Liveable City conference to discuss how our cities can become better places to live, work and play whilst increasing quality of life 🏙️   “Denmark and Scotland have a shared ambitions of making our cities healthier, more sustainable places, that are much more people centred,” said the Leader of Glasgow City Council, Susan Aitken.   If you didn’t have a chance to join us, keep watching for a peek inside.
