#ThrowbackThursday to when Gut Journal (Gastroenterology at BMJ) released this video abstract of work at the Milner Therapeutics Institute in collaboration with Professor Matthias Zilbauer 😎 Learn how Thomas Dennison and colleagues grew and analysed more than 300 mini-guts – also known as gut organoids – in the lab to investigate changes in the gut epithelium that were found in Crohn’s disease, but not in organoids from healthy donors. 👉 Watch the video: https://lnkd.in/e89HpJHF 👉 Read the paper: https://lnkd.in/eAFpUMfV 👉 Visit the Milner Target Discovery and Functional Validation group, led by Dr Erica Bello: https://lnkd.in/emJFrYVd 👉 Visit the Zilbauer lab, based at the Cambridge Stem Cell Institute: https://lnkd.in/e4HK5m85
