Our CEO, Phillippa Cardno, recently spent a morning with both our Marketing and Core Systems Support Teams in special 'back to the floor' sessions, hearing from each team about what they're working on.   Not only does back to the floor open up new opportunities for Phillippa to get involved with day-to-day operations and identify areas that she can make a difference, but they also give our people the opportunity to learn more about Phillippa and what's going on in the Society more broadly, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and have a good chat.   Phillippa will visit every team in the Society throughout 2025.
