Last year, our international team provided nearly 6,000 hours of direct support to activists and advocates under threat of physical, digital, and psychological harm across 68 countries. We also provide consultancy and advisory to help nonprofits and foundations take the right risks when supporting and resourcing grassroots change. We enhance your organisation’s security risk management, information security and data protection, and staff care and wellbeing.

Presentamos nuestra primera capacitación de apoyo entre pares en español: Febrero de 2025 Está listo para promover el bienestar y la resiliencia en su lugar de trabajo o movimiento activista? La capacitación de apoyo entre pares para activistas de Open Briefing ya está disponible para los participantes de habla hispana! Este programa basado en el trauma capacita a los participantes para brindar apoyo empático y confidencial a los colegas que enfrentan estrés, trauma o incidentes críticos. Diseñado para personas en fundaciones, organizaciones sin fines de lucro, grupos de base y movimientos activistas, esta capacitación le brinda las habilidades para crear una cultura de cuidado y, al mismo tiempo, reforzar su propia resiliencia. Lo que obtendrás: - Habilidades para promover una cultura laboral que valore el bienestar y la resiliencia. - Capacidad para proporcionar un entorno empático y confidencial que ayude a los compañeros y colegas a hablar sobre los factores estresantes que enfrentan en el lugar de trabajo. - Capacidad para brindar apoyo e información sobre reacciones básicas al estrés y estrategias de afrontamiento positivas a colegas individuales en apuros. - Habilidades para ofrecer primeros auxilios psicológicos después de un incidente de seguridad o un evento traumático. - Conocimiento sobre cuándo y cómo derivar al personal a otras fuentes de apoyo organizacional, profesional, psicológico o médico. Cuándo: A partir del 10 de febrero de 2025 Quién debería unirse: Activistas y personal de organizaciones de derechos y justicia que quieran fortalecer su bienestar y su capacidad para apoyar a los demás.
